Al Ali Al Kabir Mosque – El Mina
Al Ali Al Kabir Mosque has Mamluk origins, though its precise construction date is unknown. Abu Bakr Bin Muhammad Agha later renovated and enlarged the building.
It stands in El Mina’s Souk Al Islam. The mosque occupies the upper level above the market shops, while the ablution area is situated below.
