Open Theater – Rashid Karami International Fair
The fair’s open theater is approached by a bridge crossing a water basin. Visitors then pass beneath a tall arch before reaching the seating area.
This sequence of water, bridge and monumental arch gives the theater its distinctive geometric composition. The audience space was designed to accommodate approximately 1,200 people.
